It's the classic fairy tale come to life in a modern day setting.  Thomas the Tortoise, with the help of his little brother and friends, takes on a challenge to compete against Rick A. Shay, the Rabbit, in a race.  What starts out as a small challenge turns out to be a big event in the Town of Smallville.  A Tortoise beat a Rabbit in a race?  Why it can't be done, or can it?  Come join us and find out.
